Suman is a graduate of Cambridge University and a member of the English Bar, and a former law professor at Cambridge, the University of Chicago, and Tulane University Law School in New Orleans. He has practiced, lectured, and published in the field of intellectual property for more than forty years. He is the CEO of Trademark ISG, LLC, which provides assistance and intellectual property support services to Joseph Root and Verena Benker.

Verena is a graduate of the University of Munich in Germany and Oslo University in Norway and has 20+ years’ experience in trademark and copyright registration and licensing in the US and Europe. She is a member of the State Bars of Louisiana and Bavaria (Germany) and is admitted to practice in the US Patent & Trademark Office, the European Union Intellectual property Office, and the Benelux Office of Intellectual Property.

Jeffrey is a consultant to Trademark ISG on complex issues of trademark registration and a partner at Millen, White, Zelano & Branigan. He is a graduate of Florida State University and the Florida State University College of Law, with 30+ years’ experience in trademark prosecution and management, and as an Examining Attorney and Attorney Trainer in the US Patent & Trademark Office. He is a member of the State Bar of Florida and is admitted to practice in the USPTO.

Michael is a consultant to Trademark ISG on complex trademark litigation and a partner at Millen, White, Zelano & Branigan. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and George Mason University School of Law, and has 30+ years’ experience in trademark and patent litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Virginia and is admitted to practice in the USPTO.

Manish is an intellectual property paralegal and docketing specialist with over 10 years’ experience in the field. He currently handles the prosecution of patent and trademark cases and is actively involved in preparing and filing the necessary documentation. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a law degree.

Trademark Search Specialist

Michael is an experienced trademark paralegal who has been involved in the intellectual property field for the past six years. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law and has actively overseen and conducted online trademark searches in over 50 jurisdictions.

Trademark Administrator

Pooja is a trademark administrator and paralegal at Trademark ISG. She helps to ensure a timely response to all customer inquiries and manages all trademark related communications and filings. She is actively involved with all aspects of intellectual property and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.

Client Relations

Ashya is a trademark administrator and paralegal at Trademark ISG. She interfaces with clients throughout the trademark application process and ensures timely response to all inquiries, communications and filings. She has a Business Management degree and litigation and business licensing background.

Business Development

Julie is an experienced office and project manager who assists with administration, marketing and IT related projects at Trademark ISG. She has a bachelor’s in Business and International Management.
